And then there is tofu. With so many variations and possibilities. Tofu is a great source of protein, iron, calcium and other minerals. Should I continue? 🙂
Cut the tofu into slices and put on a frying pan with a little bit of heated olive oil. Add soy sauce, salt ground black pepper, curry powder, oregano and black sesame seeds. Fry for 2 minutes and flip over. Add the sesoning and fry for another 2 minutes.
SPINACH & SUNFLOWER SEED PESTO
2 cups spinach leaves
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
ground black pepper and salt
In a blender mix the sunflower seeds. Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth. When it´s too thick add also a little bit of water. Mix 2 or 3 tablespoons with the rise. And our green rise is ready. Another very good option is millet or any other grains instead of rise.
