Happy Saturday my friends and all spaghetti lovers!
Yesterday evening, I came home and wanted to make something really quick and tasty and here SPAGHETTI and DRIED TOMATOES came into my mind. Lately, I use dried tomatoes in almost everything, as I love the taste. They make every meal something special.
we will need:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
dried tomatoes in oil
salt and ground black pepper
fresh parsley leaves
Cook spaghetti in salted water, drain and set aside.
Heat up olive oil in a pan and roast sliced onion until golden brown. Add chopped garlic, chopped dried tomatoes, sliced green olives, salt, pepper and dried basil to taste. Roast for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle in chopped parsley leaves and toss in the spaghetti to combine.
