Spring Tofu Spread

This morning I woke up and had a tasty breakfast, which I would like to share with you. Full of energy, it is the right thing to start a day. Turmeric not only has a beautiful colour but is also a power medicine. Let´s use it in all our dishes! For now here is one 🙂


we will need:

80g tofu

100g vegan mayonnaise

1 onion

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon shoyu soy sauce

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon turmeric

salt and pepper to taste


Spring Tofu Spread


In a bowl mix together sesame oil, shoyu, turmeric, mustard and spices. Add diced onion, shredded tofu, vegan mayonnaise and stir until thoroughly combined. I added some chives for nice green colour and black sesame seeds for garnishing. You can serve as a dip or on sandwiches.
