Quinoa contains all essential amino acids. It is gluten free and easy to digest, full of magnesium, which has a lot of benefits for our body, including energy production, detoxification, reduction of migrains. Quinoa has a high content of calcium, iron and other minerals. Besides it is tasty and very quick to prepare.


we will need:

100g quinoa






black olives

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt, pepper and thyme


for the sauce:

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 garlic clove

2tablespoons water



Cook 100g quinoa in 200g of water for 15 minutes. In meantime, heat the olive oil and stir zucchini slices with cutted carrot, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Cook asparagus in water for 7 minutes. Put the asparagus to the pan with zucchini and carrots and stir for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Slice cucumber, radish and mix together with quinoa. Serve with tahini sauce.

Very easy and tasty fit plantbased lunch or dinner. Do it and you will get a lot of compliments 🙂
