contain more calcium than any other food. They are rich in iron, vitamin E, good for our skin and beauty, and with zinc they boost our immunity.

If you would like to try something new for breakfast, these seeds are great option as they help you feel full for a longer time.

  1. 3 tbsp crushed Poppy Seeds
  2. 2 frozen Bananas
  3. 2 tbsp plant milk
  4. frozen berries
  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  1. You can add cookies and let it sit in fridge for a while. They will add a nice crunchy flavor.
