Creamy Oyster Mushrooms

If you like mushrooms, then Oyster mushrooms are the right thing for you. They are not only tasty, they are really healthy too.

They are rich in protein, fibre, iron and full of vitamins including vitamine B, which is very important, when you are dealing with stress or tiredness.

 

For this super easy recipe we will need:

oyster mushrooms

champignons

tofu

soy cream

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon olive oil

ground red pepper

ground black pepper

salt

1 garlic clove

 

Cut oyster mushrooms and lengthwise into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and add ground red pepper, stir and add mushrooms. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and sauté until the mushrooms let water. Add a little more water if needed, cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

When the mushrooms are tender, add tofu cutted into cubes, 1 chopped garlic clove, soy cream and mustard. Stir well until combined and cook for another 2 minutes until all the tastes connect.

Serve with rice. Mine is yellow because of…yes turmeric! 🙂
