Cinnamon Mango Love

Give yourself an extra dose of vitamins and off into the woods!

Make this smoothie in the morning and take it back to warm bed with a book. Wonderful for winter season. Cinnamon perfectly warms up your body when there’s a cold weather behind the window. Go Cinnamon!

But don’t forget to take your four legged friend (or two legged?;) for a forest feast. It will be fun.

  1. 1 ripe mango
  2. 1 banana
  3. ½ cup nutmilk (or water)
  4. 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  5. ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
