Christmas is coming!

I like Christmas because everything is shiny and all the lights and the snow is falling. Ok it’s not falling yet, but it will be and until then we can have joy from the many beautiful christmas baking pictures on internet that I spend too much time browsing.

This Chocolate Mousse you can eat all day without worries about your weight. It has only healthy fats that you want in your diet and no sugar added. Maple syrup does all the christmas work. Avocado has a lot of nutrients and vitamins and we are making chocolate dessert!

Chocolate Mousse
  1. 1 ripe Avocado
  2. 1 ripe Banana
  3. 2 tbs Cocoa Powder
  4. 2 tbs Maple Syrup
  5. 1 tbs Coconut Oil
  6. ½ cup Plant Milk (or Water)
  7. Cinnamon
Coconut Whipped Cream
  1. 1 can Coconut Milk
  2. Maple Syrup
  1. For the Chocolate Mousse mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. For the Coconut Whipped Cream put the coconut milk in the fridge for few hours. This will help to separate the coconut water from the fat. The water will go to the bottom. Flip the can over and open it upside down. We will use only the fat from coconut. Add maple syrup and mix until it is light and fluffy.
