Chia puddings are super healthy, full of nutrients and just take minutes to prepare.
You can make it in the evening, put it into fridge and in the morning you are ready to enjoy a tasty breakfast or have a dessert to take to your school or work.
Slowly the season of fruits is coming to an end but there are a lot of varieties we can use for our chia pudding. When I tried this combination of apricots, I knew I have to share it. Delicious.
Enjoy your breakfast!
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3/4 cup vegetable milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- In a glass jar or mixing bowl combine the vegetable milk and chia seeds. Stir well. Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add maple syrup, granola, diced apricots and stir into the pudding.
- If you like your granola more soft, like me, don't forget to mix it together with the chia pudding at least one hour before you enjoy your breakfast :)
